Qigong health method that you can do yourself

It's OK even from 5 minutes a day.

Anyone can easily do it and become physically and mentally healthy.

Qigong master Zhang Yongxiang's "Puru Puru Qigong" is an easy way to vibrate your body.

Be aware of the 60 trillion cells that make up your body, activate them, correct the meridian disturbances, and circulate the air flowing through your body smoothly.

  • When doing Qigong, choose clothes that are easy to move and do not tighten, such as room clothes and pajamas.

  • Basically, you can go at any time, but it is more effective if you do it after taking a bath or before going to bed.

  • You should avoid it for about 30 minutes before and after a meal.

  • If you don't do it for at least five minutes a day, it's hard to get the effect.

  • Do not overdo it if you have knee pain or if your doctor has stopped you from strenuous exercise.
